reflect on 2009

2009 has been an amazing year for us, we have seen the hand of God moving in the ministry and in our lives as well. We held 2 Youth Camps during the 2 school holidays, established 3 Kids Club location, planted watermelon, hosted outreach teams, build relationship amongst the Indians, network with the body of Christ and open house ministry for young people...God was in all of these as He spoke to us on Is 60 vs 1, "Arise Shine for your light has come...God's glory is upon us...2 days ago we finally started with our water tank project at a village outside of Labasa town. we are buiding a 10,000 tank. The day we started the project, the village electrical metre that pumps water from the bowhole broke. the whole village were affected, one of our staff jump in to do some electrical works on it....boom, it's all fixed and a huge relieved for the women in the village...not to carry buckets of water from the river..Praise God !!!

2009 Christmas was special. On the Christmas eve, we baked home made cookies and puddings, wrapped nicely and distributed among the kids whose parents don't work. Some of the kids are drop outs from school at early age because their parents couldn't afford education or they attended the free education provided by the Muslim school. Most of these kids picked up empty coke bottle and sell it for a living..We also shared with them songs and a Christmas drama and a Christmas message.

In our Indian evangelism, people have responded to the gospel message, we continue with our "talanoa" (talk story)...Amazing tool...had morning tea with our Indian families, it was all GOD...
